The single-family home “Tokary”, located in Pomerania, is a showcase example of the rapidly growing demand for timber houses in Poland thanks to innovative wood-based materials combined with a high degree of prefabrication.
The client—who is also a structural engineer—ordered panels in industrial visual quality, featuring a high degree of CNC machining, including all technical installations, and pre-drilled holes for fasteners. This high level of prefabrication provided by HASSLACHER group allowed the assembly of the future family home to be completed in just two days.
35 m³ of cross laminated timber was produced by the HASSLACHER group at their site in Stall (NORITEC).
