The HASSLACHER group built a new office building at its location in Rangersdorf (Gemson GmbH), Carinthia, Austria. Exhibition space, a meeting room and offices are located on 310 m².

The construction time for the timber structure was only three months. Around 350 m² of solid wood panels, 30 m² of acoustic elements and 40 round pillars made of larch wood in select quality were used - these were all produced directly at the site in Rangersdorf. In addition, around 145 m³ of cross laminated timber with excellent surfaces from different types of wood were used in the office building, which were delivered from the HASSLACHER group’s site at Stall im Mölltal.

In addition to the slim cross laminated timber construction and the generous room heights, the special features of the new building include, above all, the innovative lighting concept: indirect lighting using LED strips that were milled into the round pillars as well as the ceilings and walls.
