T3 Sterling Road will be a 423,452-square-foot heavy timber creative office development across two buildings in Toronto. The project will combine timber, transit and technology to create an inspired workplace tailored for the modern creative workforce.

Designed by DLR Group, T3’s interiors will feature open floorplans, airy 11' 9"" ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows to bring natural light into the building. The heavy timber design will deliver inviting interiors, industrial character and paves the way for next-generation sustainability.

T3 is WiredScore Certified and will target LEED Gold and WELL certification. It's design will have the highest standards for sustainability and health. From highly efficient power and heating systems to the biophilic design, the building will have a positive environmental effect for both the planet and the tenants who occupy it.
