The structure incorporates saddle roof girders in strength class GL32c. The design is based on a long-span primary load-bearing system with a span of approximately 39 m, a girder width of 220 mm, and a height of 2,835 mm at mid-span. To optimize structural performance, the girders were manufactured with a 70 mm camber. Produced using a curved press process, the camber compensates for deflection caused by permanent loads. Combined with the high modulus of elasticity of strength class GL32c, this results in a particularly resource-efficient structural solution.
A high level of prefabrication contributed significantly to the efficiency of the installation process. Dovetail routings for suspended purlins, drillings for wind bracing systems, and the necessary pre-drillings and positioning marks for on-site assembly were completed at the production facility. This preparation enabled optimized construction workflows and reduced assembly efforts on site.
